<p>Job Summary : <br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Engineer with strong expertise in switching, routing, and wireless technologies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WLAN planning, RF troubleshooting, and wireless infrastructure design across diverse environments such as airports, offices, and outdoor spaces.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : <br/><br/>- Plan and design WLAN coverage and infrastructure for various environments.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot WLAN coverage, RF interference, and connectivity issues.<br/><br/>- Create detailed deliverables for planning, design, and implementation phases of wireless projects.<br/><br/>- Conduct wireless site surveys using industry best practices for Data, Voice, and Location-Based Services.<br/><br/>- Utilize wireless analysis tools such as Ekahau Survey Pro, AirMagnet Surveyor, Spectrum Analysis tools, Packet Analyzers, and Cisco WLC Config Analyzer.<br/><br/>- Design and implement scalable, highly available wireless infrastructure solutions in large-scale, multisite, international environments.<br/><br/>- Maintain solid knowledge of current and emerging wireless RF standards including Wi-Fi 802.11g/n/ac/ax.<br/><br/>- Analyze RF parameters and signal flows including frequency, power levels, modulation methods, channel widths, and signal losses.<br/><br/>- Work with Cisco Prime, Cisco ACS, and Cisco ISE.<br/><br/>- Support and configure Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions in both central and flex connect modes.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on contemporary and next-generation wireless architectures, protocols, and scalability strategies.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications : <br/><br/>- Must have CCNA / CCNP R&S certification; Wireless certification preferred.<br/><br/>- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in wireless network design and troubleshooting.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in switching and routing technologies.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless standards.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in using wireless survey and analysis tools.<br/><br/>- Experience with Cisco and Aruba wireless platforms.<br/><br/>- Excellent documentation and communication skills.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications : <br/><br/>- Experience in large-scale enterprise wireless deployments.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Cisco Prime Infrastructure, ACS, and ISE.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of future wireless technologies and architectures.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
