About the Role

Their streamlined process pays utility bills prioritized by First Due, First Through standard.

With the Pre-Payment Processing option, Conservice Capturis receives & processes invoices and forwards the payment file to the organization for payment, managing any missing bill issues.

A CSA in this role is responsible for processing data with high accuracy and pace in a specified format while adhering to the prescribed client / business SLA and quality standard defined by the client / business.



Responsibilities

  • This role also includes to assist client / vendors / consumer / end customers with finding anomalies, client website know how, handling email account / client or business queries, First Time Resolution (FTR) via phone and/or email (any), along with updating system of records per the data request / client instruction.

  • Follow client roster / client schedule to ensure all possible support delivery.

  • Associates are subject to rotational shift, rotational week offs (including split offs).


Qualifications

  • Undergraduates
  • Experienced
  • Stable (if experienced - no work gaps)
  • Should not be pursuing studies real time.

  • Pre-screening Client test - Mandate to clear


Required Skills

  • Good communication
  • Flexibility (WFH/ WFO)
  • Agile/ Quick learner
  • Basic knowledge of computer and excel.

  • Target driven.

  • Internet broadband at home with high speed
  • Good email etiquettes


Preferred Skills

  • Process type Calls and Backend (processing) - 80% call and 20% processing (depends on portfolio)
  • Shifts Rotational shift - 6:30 pm to 5:30 am (shift schedules-based client requirements)
  • Offs Rotational offs/ Split offs
  • Need to work on Sat or Sun as per client requirement
  • OTs Yes
  • Sac Offs Yes
  • WFO/ WFH


Pay range and compensation package

  • Annual CTC: 2,56,008 - 3,64,008
